Requests for immunization records must be submitted online or in-person at Student Services Department. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your request is received by the Student Services Department to process immunization records. If you are requesting immunization records 1987 and prior this may not be available.

Requests are processed on a first come, first served basis. We do not offer same day or rush service. No exceptions.
