Over the past year, these future educators trained in Lynwood Unified classrooms, working alongside expert mentor teachers while earning their Master’s Degree and teaching credential.
Lynwood Unified is proud to partner with the Alder Graduate School of Education to offer a residency-based teacher preparation program rooted in equity, inclusion, and real-world experience. Designed for individuals committed to serving historically underserved communities, this program provides aspiring educators with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to thrive.
