Board Meeting | December 11, 2025

On December 11, 2025, the Board of Education voted to approve a formal resolution that both extends the District’s Facilities Optimization and community engagement process and authorizes the future relocation of Hosler Middle School students and programs to the Bullis Campus.

While consolidating Lugo, Rosa Parks and Wilson elementary schools was among the options reviewed during this process, the Board emphasized that all schools will remain open and that any decision regarding school closures has been postponed pending an additional year of analysis and community engagement.
