Facility Rental & Usage Requests
The Lynwood Unified School District is pleased to announce the implementation of a new online facility request and rental system through Facilitron. This system enables users to easily submit reservation requests. Renters will be able to access photos and descriptions of the facilities, view availability, obtain estimated quotes, and complete payments online.
The process for submitting, approving, and managing facility use requests has transitioned to a digital platform; however, the protocols established through Facilitron continue to uphold the facility use policies outlined by the Lynwood Unified School District's Board. Administrative personnel within the district retain the authority to make final determinations regarding all facility use requests.
The new Facilitron system is now fully operational for all sites. Moving forward, the only way to request the use of a district facility is by setting up a Facilitron account and submitting your request online.
Application Process
Applicants should follow these steps:
- Complete the online Facility Use Application: https://www.facilitron.com/accounts/signin/
- Include special instructions if required
- Once the administrator approves the application, upload the certificate of liability insurance and submit payment online.
- The Lynwood Unified School District has established a partnership with The Event Helper to streamline the process of obtaining event insurance.
