Implementation Plans

As part of the Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) Grant, each participating school is required to develop an Implementation Plan—a living document that guides the school's progress and priorities as a Community School.

These plans are regularly updated to reflect:

  • Ongoing progress and evolving school needs

  • Feedback from students, families, and staff

  • Legislative updates and policy changes

  • Adjustments based on continuous improvement efforts
