Communications Office

At Lynwood Unified School District, we believe powerful stories live within our schools — in every student achievement, staff innovation, family partnership, and community collaboration. The Communications Office is dedicated to capturing and sharing those stories to highlight the impact happening across our campuses and throughout Lynwood.

Under direction of the Superintendent, our office manages a variety of communication tools and platforms to keep families, staff, students, and community members informed and inspired: 

• Oversight of the District website

• Media relations and press releases

• Creation and distribution of newsletters, e-blasts and publications

• Video storytelling and production

• Management of all LUSD social media platforms

Through these channels, we share timely updates, celebrate student success across our 17 TK-12 schools, promote district initiatives and ensure clear, transparent communication with all stakeholders.
