Lynwood Unified Holds Construction Bidding Conference, Walkthrough for LHS Rebuild

Representatives from dozens of contracting companies gathered at Lynwood High School’s Imperial Campus on January 31, 2023, for a debriefing of recent events that led to the decision to rebuild portions of the campus. Those in attendance also received a tour of the site.
The conference is the first step in the District’s plan to hire a contractor to carry out the Lynwood High School project, which is made possible after receiving $250 million from the State in July 2022. Click HERE to read more.

Contract proposals will be submitted to the District by Tuesday, February 14, 2023, and the District will begin conducting interviews on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. The District hopes to select a contractor and make an official announcement on their decision, during the Board meeting on Thursday, March 9, 2023.
